1- How will I know you've received my order and is it Secure and if it was shipped?
When you place an order you will receive an E-mail receipt confirming your order and I get one sent to me at the same time with all the ordering info on it! All this is done through a SSL SECURE SERVER! Your info IS KEPT STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL I DO NOT SELL, TRADE OR GIVE OUT ANYTHING! All Orders are verified I DO NOT tolerate fraudulent activity and will report such activities to proper authorities!

Your Credit Card is NOT charged till time of shipment and will arrives discreetly packaged

 2- How will the package be shipped and how long will it take to arrive?
ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED IN PLAIN DISCREET WRAPPING from VdR Collectibles!
All Carnal Goodies will be shipped by ground UPS <<< [No P/O Boxes!] >>> If you want your order delivered to a PO BOX you must send in via Postal Snail Mail with this Order-Form Your Order will arrive within 7-10 Business Days!  Depending on where in the Country you live. If it does not then contact me so I can trace it for you !

4- What is your Return/ Refund policy Oh My Sweet Mistress Nessa?
Well Sweetmeat, I do not give Refunds! Or else that would be sort of like a rental and I lose! I do however guarantee My Carnal Goodies! If any item is damaged I will replace it with the same item....Sorry NO EXCHANGE!...I'm NOT Blockbuster Darlin'

AMERICA ONLINE ( AOL )

America Online must open your default browser (Internet Explorer/Netscape) outside of the America Online window and revisit this site from that browser. Once you have done so you will be able to add items properly from that new browser window.
